Northclean Facility Services AB is part of the Northclean Group, whose goal is to build the leading corporate group in the Nordics within the industry by acquiring and developing the most well-established and successful companies from north to south. We value close decision-making processes and a strong focus on proximity to our customers and employees. At Northclean, all roles are equally important, and we are steadfast in our ambition to provide the best cleaning and window washing services. Our core values; responsibility, engagement, and care guide us in our daily work. We know that if we enjoy our work, we do a better job!
About the Role
Northclean Facility Services AB continues to expand and is now looking for our next Excel star. We are looking for you who want to work in a key role with the opportunity to influence and participate in the company's strategic business processes. You are detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and of course have a flair for business. As a Pricing Manager, you are responsible for calculations in the bidding operations.
We are looking for you who love numbers and calculating in Excel daily, while also being a skilled analyst and communicator. We are looking for you who want to contribute to the company's growth and business goals by constructing, calculating, winning, and administering our bids – but also, of course, through your wonderful personality.
As a Calculator/Estimator, you are the process owner for pricing and are therefore responsible for internal development in the area. An important task is to constructively challenge the organization in finding the right solution at the right cost and price.
In the role, your focus will be approximately 80% on the sales process and 20% on the administration of, for example, business systems. Strategic work such as planning and analyzing is part of the job, as is the ability to quickly switch to an operational focus.
About You
The sales team you are part of collaborates broadly with many people within the company, and therefore we are looking for a person with the following skills:
Communicative – You must clearly communicate and sell in your calculations/strategies and offers to decision-makers. We could write a lot about how you need to be to succeed in the role, but most of it is obvious.
Social – We highly value that you bring yourself and at least a laugh to the table every day.
Analytical – You turn conditions inside out to find the best solution.
Business-driven – You are passionate about making a good deal! And you can work towards set goals.
Detail-oriented – You are a meticulous person who gladly dives into the bid documents coming in from our potential customers. But attention to detail in the administration of our business systems is equally important.
Flexible – You can quickly switch between different tasks and are good at both listening and speaking.
Team-oriented – You put the team before the individual.
You also function as central business support, both internally and in meetings with customers, where you provide professional and service-oriented support in business, bidding, negotiation, and contract matters.
You want to contribute to the company's growth and business goals by calculating in our bidding processes with winning strategies and independently administering the bids – but also, of course, through your personality. You are a person who wants to make a difference!
Qualifications
To succeed in the role, you must have an eye for detail and never leave anything to chance. You like to work structured in business processes. We believe you have experience within Facility Management or the B2B service sector, either as a supplier or a buyer within public operations.
Furthermore, we believe you can/have:
- Great with numbers and Excel.
- You have an interest and/or education in economics and sales, preferably with a focus on cost/revenue analysis.
- Documented experience in pricing and price modeling, bid management, bid controlling, business control, or equivalent.
- Very good knowledge of LOU (Public Procurement Act) and the public procurement process.
- Ensure that the new sales process is followed.
- Handle deviations and solve problems in daily operations.
- Follow up on results and contribute to improvement work.
- Be a role model and create a positive work environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
- Understand the importance of dialogue and communication.
- Several years of experience in public sales.
- Strong skills in project management.
We offer you a place right in the heart of one of Sweden's largest service companies. The culture is commercial, professional, and inclusive. We are driven by a shared passion for sales and business where the attitude is that we win and lose as a team.
We offer both wellness benefits and social activities. Your well-being at the workplace is very important to us – we work together in both good and bad times.
The position is full-time and located in Danderyd or Malmö. We have a collective agreement and apply a probationary period. For questions about the position, contact our Commercial Director Ann-Charlotte Ekwall at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]). Start date according to agreement, but preferably as soon as possible. We look forward to receiving your application!
